Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a strong step to eradicate black money by replacing  Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi tweeted against the decision.

In series of tweets, Rahul Gandhi raises questions on PM Modi’s policy to replace Rs 1000 notes with Rs 2000. He also expressed concern for the ordinary people, farmers, small traders of the nation who are facing problem after the implementation of the new scheme.

Gandhi also claimed that ordinary people including farmers and small trader are facing lots of problems because they usually carry liquid money for their daily expenses and some of them doesn’t even have bank accounts.

“Once again Mr Modi shows how little he cares about ordinary people of this country-farmers, small shopkeepers, housewives-all thrown into utter chaos,” Gandhi tweeted.

  “While the real culprits sit tight on their black money stashed away abroad or in bullion/ real estate. Well done Mr Modi,” he tweeted, taking digs at the PM.
