President Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday presented Padma awards at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi. Padma award is India’s third highest civilian honour. Rajinikanth, Priyanka Chopra, Udit Narayan, ace tennis star Sania Mirza were among those who were conferred with the award.

On receiving the award, Udit Narayan, who has crooned hits like “Pardesi pardesi”, “Taal se taal mila” and “Pehla Nasha” touched the president’s feet.
