The 22-year-old UPSC 2015 topper Tina Dabi shared her success mantra today.

“Focus, discipline and family support worked in my favour,” Tina shared.

Tina, who is ‘ecstatic’ on clearing the exam in first attempt, said that she wants to be ‘a role model for girls aspiring to clear UPSC at first attempt.’

“I chose Indian Administrative Service & Haryana cadre as I found it very challenging,” she said.

Tina’s father was both surprised and proud on knowing about her feat.

“Surprised & Proud. She is just 22-year old and she cleared the exams in first attempt,” he shared.

Tina’s mother said that she was absolutely ‘speechless.’

“I am speechless, all I can say is that my daughter is my hero,” she said.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday declared the final result of Civil Services Examination 2015.

Tina Dabi topped the examination, a total of 1078 candidates have been recommended for appointment to Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.

The exam was held in December 2015 and the interviews for Personality Test conducted in March-May 2016.
