After Bihar, now it is Gujarat where a shocking case of topper scam has been reported.
According to media reports, Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board (GSHSEB) asked for a retest of Mathematics exam for 500 class tenth students as it is said that class 10 students marks were jumbled up by the ‘school teachers’.
However, the questions asked during the retest could not be answered by most of the students. Also, it was shocking to see the answer sheets as the students faltered in answering the very basic questions.
These mark sheets were of these students who scored at least 85%-90% in the exam.
On the basis of the CCTV footage, the Gujarat education board has been investigating the case. The students have also been On questioned wherein they said that teachers helped them while exam was underway.
