Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a tweet on Saturday evening said that the second phase of the even-odd car rationing scheme has been ‘highly successful.’
Citing reports from all over Delhi, he said that there have been fewer violations this time, many of which are from cars outside Delhi.

Over 1,300 persons were penalized on the first day of the implementation of phase 2 of the car-rationing scheme.
While 884 motorists were punished by the Delhi Traffic Police, as many as 427 challans were issued by the enforcement unit of the Delhi Transport Department.
