On the one hand, romancing with the rain is an amazing experience, on the other hand, it is causing traffic woes for the people.

Heavy traffic was reported near Malviya Nagar area around 9.00 am.

According to the weather office, at 8.30 a.m., humidity was 97 per cent and the city has received 12.6 mm rainfall in the past 24 hours.

“There will be a generally cloudy sky with light rains/drizzle likely to occur in different parts of the city,” an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The maximum temperature of the day is likely to hover around 31 degrees Celsius, the weather office said.

Sunday’s maximum temperature settled at 31.3 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season’s average while the minimum was 26.0 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average.
