Advocate Aman Panwar from the Congress party, who had filed an RTI inquiry to know AAP government’s expenditure on advertisements, today questioned the Delhi government on its funds-management.
“How do they have money for self glorification when they cant pay for safai/MCD karamcharis, widow pension etc, ” he questioned.
Panwar said that in the RTI query, they had sought information regarding the money spent by AAP on TV, radio, hoardings and print advertisements in last three months.
However, they received reply only on newspaper advertisements.
“We have the answer on newspaper ads, Rs.14.5 crore has been spent by AAP in last 3 months,” Panwar said in a statement today.
