Lt. Governor of Delhi, Najeeb Jung on Sunday constituted a three-member committee to examine irregularities in the files submitted by the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government.
According to reports, the committee will be studying about 400 files that have been submitted to him on orders of the Delhi High Court,
Members of the commitee include former Comptroller and Auditor General of India VK Shunglu, former Chief Election Commissioner N. Gopalaswami and former Chief Vigilance Commissioner Pradeep Kumar.
The development comes days after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal attacked the Centre and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of trying to reverse numerous decisions of the AAP government through Najeeb Jung.
