However, Day 2 of Parliament has started off with an erratic schedule as protests against demonetisation create an uproar disrupting Parliament proceedings and resulting in adjournments. ALSO READ: Parliament Highlights Day 2 Rajya Sabha has been adjourned multiple times on Thursday due to uproar in the house over the demonetisation issue, with the first adjournment to 11:30 AM, followed by delay to 12:00 PM, then 12:30 PM and then till 2:00 PM. Lok Sabha, on the other hand has been adjourned only twice, first adjournment till 12:30 PM after uproar over demonetisation issue, and finally adjournment till Friday.
