"MLA Biswabandhu Sen expelled from primary membership of Congress for 6 years  for anti-party activities," Tripura Congress President Birajit Sinha said in a statement. Sen was one of the rebel Congress MLA who was to form a opposition party in Tripura in protest against aginst AICC's decision of Congress-Left alliance in West Bengal.
