Swati Singh, wife of expelled BJP leader Dayashankar Singh, on Friday alleged that she and her 12-year-old daughter are being abused and threatened by workers of Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP).

Swati Singh, wife of expelled BJP leader Dayashankar Singh, on Friday alleged that she and her 12-year-old daughter are being abused and threatened by workers of Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP).

Dayashankar Singh, who was a Vice President of the BJP in Uttar Pradesh, was expelled for six years after he used offensive words for Mayawati.

“They are calling me and my daughter, they are abusing her. My daughter is traumatized. They are dragging my daughter into this and no one is standing by us…She is a minor and she is being mentally harassed,” Swati Singh said, adding she will file FIR against Mayawati on Friday.

“Can a person punished multiple times for a single mistake…If something happens to my children, will Mayawati take responsibility for it?” she questioned.

“My husband got expelled from the party,FIR was lodged against him,he apologized, still Mayawati ji is not satisfied,” she added.
