Bharatiya Janata Party chief Amit Shah is visiting Uttar Pradesh Kakori town on Saturday, to pay tribute to the Martyrs .
Kakori in Uttar Pradesh holds great significance in India’s independence, this is the place where freedom fighters including Chandrashekhar Azad and Ramprasad Bismil carried out a daring train robbery.
Shah on Saturday, paid tributes to freedom fighters at a temple. Later, he addressed a rally “Azadi 70, Yaad Karo Kurbani” at the Shaheed Smarak, Kakori, about 15 kms from Lucknow.
While addressing the rally, Shah took a dig at Congress party and said “No development in country since Independence as government was run by one family for 60 years.
