Sharma, the AAP on Tuesday accused it of creating circumstances which don't let the AAP government to work in the capital. Aam Aadmi Party leader Ashutosh told the media that ever since the AAP came to power in Delhi, officers who worked well had been removed by the Centre and replaced by those who do not even want to work. He served as a Principal Secretary to former Chief M Minister Sheila Dikshit. Ashutosh said the AAP government was not consulted regarding Kutty's appointment. "We hope that whoever is appointed works according to rules and regulations and remains answerable to the public and the Constitution," the AAP leader said.
