Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan will soon step into movie production.
At the India Runway Week Winter/Festive edition’s seventh season, the actress reported that she will be starting a new production house jointly with her husband Kunal Khemu.
“We are going to produce a film. Kunal (Khemu) and I have opened up a production house. We are not acting in the film, but unfortunately, it’s too soon to share further details,” ANI reported her saying.
Apart from the new venture, Soha has another project waiting for its release, her upcoming film ‘October 31′ that is based on the assassination former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The film also stars actor Vir Das.
In the film, Khan plays the role of Tejinder Kaur, a sikh woman as the 1984 anti-sikh riots were erupting.
“31st October has given me an opportunity to perform. I had a very emotional role. So as an actor, it was emotionally draining,” she added.
The film will be released on October 31.
