Superstar Akshay Kumar’s upcoming movie ‘Rustom’ landed him in trouble on Wednesday. Mumbai Mirror reports that the actor who was travelling to London for shooting ‘Rustom’ was detained at Heathrow Airport, following some Visa trouble.
The superstar’s passport was missing a visa stamp due to which he was made to wait for over an hour-and-a-half at the airport and had to sit in the general holding area where detained passengers are made to wait.
The report further states that the ‘Khiladi actor’ believed to be a Canadian citizen, was allowed to be in the UK without a visa as a tourist but needed one because he was in the country at work.
‘Rustom’ is slated to release on 12th August, 2016 and Akshay Kumar will be seen playing the role of a naval officer in the film.
